Suspected thieves apprehended by the RELA team after a period of persuit. In the video, it can be seen a few cars pursuing suspected thieves. Members of voluntary RELA team kept in communication with each other on the thieves movement through handheld radio. Watch how desperate the thieves were from riding dangerously, endangering their lives & others'.
